At Gymziee, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review the details below:
Domestic Orders
Timeframe for Returns

You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to remain eligible for return or exchange. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or damages.
Reverse Pickup Process

We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra charge.

Only one reverse pickup is provided per order.

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area pin code.

In exceptional cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier service.

If your reverse pickup is not completed within 24–48 hours of approval, please contact us to reinitiate the request. Delays caused by courier services are sometimes beyond our control. If we are not informed and the 7-day return/exchange window expires, we may be unable to process your request.
Payment Refund Details

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, COD charges (₹49) will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.

For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
Exclusions — ‘Final Sale’ Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
First Order Return/Exchange
Your first order is eligible for return or exchange, and you may receive a refund.
Innerwear Policy
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and related items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
International Orders
Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside India.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@gymziee.com within 7 days of delivery for further instructions.
Refund for Serious Defects
In cases of verified defects, the product value will be refunded to the original payment method, after deducting shipping fees.
