Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹699.

  • For orders below ₹699, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be applicable.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for orders valued between ₹700 and ₹2,999.

  • Orders outside this range are not eligible for COD.


Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days.


International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days in major countries.

  • Parcels are shipped fully insured. If the courier company fails to deliver, you will not suffer any loss.

  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or damages after the courier leaves the parcel at your provided address.

Lost Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait 15 days before reprocessing your order.

  • If a replacement is not available, you may choose between a refund or an alternate product.

Undelivered Orders

If you do not accept delivery, the invoice amount (minus shipping charges) will be refunded to your original payment method.


Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free standard shipping within India on orders above ₹699.

  • For international orders, flat shipping rates apply, calculated at checkout based on the destination country.


Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Orders can be tracked via our courier partners DHL and Aramex through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Customs & Import Duties

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • Gymziee is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Gymziee is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Any additional shipping fees due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.


Delivery Issues

  • For lost or damaged items, contact support@gymziee.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • For damaged items, an unboxing video is required for smooth resolution (return/replacement options will be provided).

  • Please note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).
